This will be a firm fixed price contract. Contractor shall provide one each SKB 385W Mid-sized universal tuba case with wheels or equal; one each Yamaha YBB-621 series 4-valve BBb tuba or equal; two each Buffet Crampon R13vintage professional Bb clarinets or equal; two each Buffet Crampon R13 Green line professional Bb clarinets with nickel plated keys or equal; three each Yamaha YTR-8335RGS Xeno series Bb trumpets or equal; three each Gator GC molded ABS trumpet cases or equal; one each Allora Chicago jazz tenor saxophone or equal; one Allora paris series professional alto saxophone or equal; three each protec deluxe euphonium bags bell up or equal; one each Besson BE968 sovereign series compensating euphonium or equal; and one each soundwear professional euphonium case or equal. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 17 August 2012. Responses must be received by 24 August 2012.

This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside.

A firm is considered to be a small business if its average number of employees for the past 12 months do not exceed 500.
