This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial commodities issued by the Contracting Office, Offutt AFB, NE and prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number F25600-02-T-0092 is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-07. All applicable provisions and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The Government intends to issue a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL purchase order for the following commercial item. Any contractor submitting an ?Or Equal? quote, must submit detailed specifications.
001. Brand name or equal to Allen Organ, model C-14-C. Model C-14-C was created by adding 5 toe pistons to the previous C-12-C model. C-14-C has 29 speaking stops and 3 second voices. It has a total of 20 general and 16 divisional piston settings. When a stop is on its light (LED) lights up to indicate this. Also, 2 speakers, model number HR-200; and 2 speakers, model number HR-100.

New organ is replacing current Allen ADC-1010 SN 1077 with card reader and 4 HC-12 speaker cabinets. The old organ must be removed before the new one is brought in. If possible, please quote on a trade-in value as well (this will be used as an evaluation factor). If not, the old one still needs to be removed. Award will be made to the Contractor who can provide the ?Best Value? to the Government. A site visit will be held on Mon. 22 July at 09:30. Attendance at the site visit is required.
