The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office requests responses from qualified publishers capable of producing Civilian Enterprise Newspapers for Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton CT in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
The resultant contract will be for one year and four option years with an optional 6 month extension.
