Background:
The Health Administration Service (HAS) Department at Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 S. Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042, is seeking potential sources for a possible five (5) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID-IQ) Contract.
Estimated Period of Performance:
10/01/2020 through 09/30/2025.
General Requirements:
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervisory and other items necessary to deliver the procurement.

The medical coding reference books listed in the General Requirements above will need to be ordered yearly. No substitutes or changes without written consent. Quantities may increase or decrease. Books may be added as needs change in future fiscal years.
Delivery:
The Medical Coding Books shall be delivered each year within 30 calendar days of the newly published version. Coordination should take place at 72 hours prior to required delivery date with the Technical Point of Contact.
Delivery shall be coordinated with the Technical Point of Contact. Delivery is required FOB Destination only to the following:

Delivery coordination should take place at 72 hours prior to required delivery date with the Technical Point of Contact.
Inspection and Acceptance:
Each medical coding reference book will be inspected by the Technical Point of Contact for any deficiencies and damages.
