This solicitation is unrestricted and The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 424920 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. ISBN 930542-27-5 is a special publication for the Department of Veterans Affairs thereby there is a reasonable basis to conclude that the supplies required are only available from this source. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest by submitting a proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
