The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to FDC Reports for an electronic site license for the following: Pharmaceutical Approvals Monthly, Gold Sheet, Tan Sheet, Health News Daily, Gray Sheet, NDA Pipeline, Rose Sheet, Blue Sheet, and Pink Sheet. Print copies of all publications shall also be included along with transcript video tapes of Advisory Committee Meetings. Period of Performance is twelve (12) months (January 2005 through December 2005). (i) See Numbered Note 22.
