This is a notice of intent to issue an award to MetaVR, Inc. 80 Somerset Rd. Brookline, MA to provide MetaVR World Perfect Version 5 and upgrade from Version 3 to Version 5 software for the Virtual Reality Scene Generator. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Responses are due no later than 6 Sept 2007, 10:00 AM EST.
