The U.S. Military Academy intends to make an award to ProQuest-CSA LLC, 789 East Eisenhower Parkway, Ann Arbor, MI 48108 for the database purchase as well as maintenance and access fees of British Periodicals Online, Periodical Archives Online, Early English Books Online, and Civil War Era Online. The total dollar value of this procurement is $255,890. ProQuest is the sole source provider of these databases. This is because ProQuest digitized these microfilms and these microfilms are proprietary to P roQuest. Companies may submit their capabilites to perform this requirement, however, it is solely up to the government to determine to make a sole source award.
