The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - West Point intends to award on a sole source basis a Purchase Order covering a 12 month period from date of award to Online Computer Library Center (OCLC) 6565 Kilgour Place, Dublin, OH43017-3395, to provide annual cataloging subscriptions. THIS IS NOT A RQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. For vendors that do not agree with the sole source determination, please provide information supporting capabilities and experience in being able to provide the above requirement. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responses are due no later than 4:00pm on 21 February 2014. Responses shall be sent to Robin Meyer at [email protected].
