The Department of Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Klamath Basin Area Office has a requirement for the design and production of a portable, free standing, topographically accurate model that demonstrates the flow of water though the project, with a display case for transporting and an instruction manual. The model will be at least 3 feet by 5 feet and not exceed 5 feet by 7 feet. The flow of water will be shown either with fiber optics, lights, or some other appropriate method. The model may be in two parts, which are intended to be assembled in order to be used and may be electric or battery driven. CDs of Klamath Project maps and other maps and research the Klamath office currently has shall be available for the contractor as necessary to design and produce an accurate model. Meetings at the Klamath Basin Area Office will be required, one prior to design, another at 80 percent completed, and one when product is complete. Contractor will provide training on transporting, setting up and operating, break down of display and on use of replacement of parts.
