The U.S. Military Academy, Directorate of Contracting, West Point, N.Y. is seeking sources for access to on-line database sources (listed below). These databases are used to support the West Point Jefferson Library. No substitutes will be accepted, due to the fact these sources are used on an ongoing means for the students and staff to perform their necessary studies.
