Approximately 12 orders per year (monthly). Approximately 1,950 copies per order. Majority of orders 8 pages with option for 4 pages or 12 pages. 8-1/2 x 11" folded to 8-1/2 x 5-1/2". Electronic media provided. Proofs required. Approximately 1,750 copies of each order mail as self-mailers sealed on the open side with a pressure-sensitive tab, wafer or similar sealing device.
