The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to enter into a sole source contract with King Publishing Group for the acquisition of an unlimited nationwide electronic site license to the publication entitled, "Energy Daily." The Energy daily is a unique daily periodical which specializes in nuclear and energy information. This periodical is published only by King Publishing Group under copyright. The proposed contract will be a commercial item award prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. This notice of intent is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. The period of performance for use of this site license is one year with four one-year option periods. Interested firms must submit a written capability statement, including technical information demonstrating their ability to provide this publication to the above address not later than 10 calendar days from the date this announcement appears in the Federal Business Opportunities. Capability statements that do not fully demonstrate the respondent's ability to satisfy the requirements above will not be considered. Telephonic responses will not be considered.
