The VA Boston Healthcare System (VABHS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements with EBSCO Subscription Services for EBSCO Publishing Package for Gideon and Isabel. This requirement will include the following characteristics: Product Description One year subscription for EBSCO Publishing Package for Gideon and Isabel publications. Salient Characteristics Subscription to Isabel and to Gideon allows the hospital to access premier resources for diagnostic decision support and for information on infectious diseases. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contracting Officer no later than 07/09/13 16:00. The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
