The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services intends to award (pending internal approvals and clearances) a purchase order to digitally duplicate the Medicare and You 2004, on a sole source basis to American Foundation for the Blind, 11 Penn Plaza, New York, NY 10001. The Contractor shall produce, package, adn distribute an estimated 2 to 7 (new/revised) analog recordings of Medicare publications, as well as 13,000 to 15,000 audio-digital cassette recordings of the 65 to 75 page (English and Spanish) edition of the 2004 Medicare and You Handbook. All responsible sources may submit capability statements for consideration to the Agency at the above address.
