The U.S. Coast Guard intends to procure eight hundred (800) each of the Coast Guardsmen Manual 9th Edition. This notice is a solicitation for commercial services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
