Chicago, IL 60606, it's membership renewal for a base year with four one-year options. The proposed action is for membership coverage for institutional, associated membership for each VA hospital, medical center, medical and regional office center, and independent health care system, outpatient clinic; the domiciliary; and each VISN director. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
