This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is and this solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The NAICS code is 334113 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. Responsible sources that are interested in this procurement may respond by providing clear and convincing information that identifies their capabilities. Offers are to be completed and delivered via e-mail to [email protected] or via fax (301) 227-2536 by COB 07 July 2003. Please contact Sarika McCoy to verify receipt of facsimile.Offerors agree to hold prices firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-13 and Defense FAR Supplement 200011213. Delivery shall be FOB destination to Washington, DC, Arnold, MO, and Bethesda, MD within 30 days after award of contract. FAR 52.212.1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (SEP 1999), FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (MAR 1999), FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (FEB 2000) are applicable to this procurement and can be found at www.ARNet.gov/far. Offerors are required to submit completed representations and certifications at FAR52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (FEB 2000) and submit with offers. The requirement is for fifty (50) StereoGraphics Z-Screen 2000i with Glasses. They must have passive screens with polarized complete with glasses. They need to provide stereoscopic capabilities to allow for enhanced targeting, extensive stereo viewing, and analytical analysis. They must be NIDL certified for accuracy.
