This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(vi) Requirements consist of the Simple SYNC software licenses as listed above.

(vii) Delivery shall be F.O.B destination, to 1 AD, Wiesbaden Air Base, Wiesbaden, Germany, APO AE 09096

(viii) Clause FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition.

(ix) Award will be made to the responsible low priced offeror able to provide said licensing.

(x) Request a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with the quote.

(xi) Clause FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
