The General Services Administration (GSA) is performing a market survey to determine whether digital handhelds with the minimum standard features and applications as described below are available and manufactured in a ‘designated country’. •Date Book – to keep track of appointments, notes, and deadlines •Address Book – store, retrieve names, numbers, and addresses •Calculator application •Memo Pad/Note Pad •To Do List •Memory Expansion Capability According to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 25.003 – Definitions, a “Designated country” means any of the following countries: 1. A World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement country (Aruba, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea (Republic of), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, or United Kingdom); 2.
