The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for Archival File Folders ? Letter and Legal sizes ? acid free, low lignin, 3% minimum alkaline reserve, thickness .010 inches, reinforced top margin on back flap. The contract awarded as a result of this IFB will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The term of the contract will be for a Base Period of twelve (12) months plus four (4) twelve (12) month Option Periods. The requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 322231 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees.
