This is a pre-solicitation synopsis/notice for the procurement of ArcGIS software using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with the format in FAR Parts 12 and 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. There will not be a separate solicitation. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration intends to procure ARCGIS 9.1 software for the Office of Ocean Exploration. The government intends to award a fixed price purchase order to the contractor who presents the best offer to the government. The products to be purchased are ArcView SU, 2-10 LIC (3), ArcInfo CU LIC (1), ArcView 9.1 Single Use Unkeyed Installation package (1), ArcGIS 9.1 w/USB Key Installation package (1), GIS0405-2 AG SA SU, 2-10 LIC (2), GIS0305-2 AG 3D ANLST SU, 2-10 LIC (2) and GIS1005 AG TA (Tracking Analyst) SU Lic (1).
