The City of Aurora invites you to bid on the anticipated renovation of an existing type 2B, non-sprinkled storage building. A new standing seam metal roof will be added. Interior partitions will be added to subdivide the building and to insulate the space. The renovation includes upgraded overhead doors, new lighting fixtures and controls, and drainage. A new mechanical unit will be installed and ducted to condition toe storage space. This unit will reside in a new mechanical enclosure. The City of Aurora encourages minority-owned, women-owned, and disadvantaged business enterprise firms to submit proposals and encourages the successful firm to utilize such businesses as applicable. The City of Aurora has a local preference ordinance that will apply to this contract.
