The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for an Alfa Sterilizer (16 x 16 x 26) Gravity – air removal sterilizer with: electromechanical control w/chart recorder, emergency manual override, ASME code pressure vessel, internal pressure door lock, automatic condensate exhaust, single door w/cabinet, rack w/2 removable shelves (QTY: 1 each) with 1 year warranty, delivery and installation included. This is a Sole Source with Alfa Medical Equipment Specialists, Inc. IAW FAR 6.302-1. Alfa Medical is the only source capable of fulfilling the government’s requirement. Alfa Medical is the only company that can offer this item with all of the combined capabilities required in a compact size. No solicitation document exists at this time. This item/service utilizes Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 3842 with a business size of 500 employees and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 339113.
