This is a Notice of Intent to Award for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California National Guard intends to award a contract to the NAF/MWR Installation Club for the purchase of 2,730 each breakfast meals and 2,730 each dinner meals to be provided between the dates of July 19, 2009 and August 2, 2009. Breakfast meal menu and dinner meal menus are drawn from the Army 14 day menu. Meals are to be served at the Joint Forces Training Base in Los Alamitos, CA. Meals must be hot and made fresh daily. All necessary utensils and standard dining items (i.e. napkins, tablecloths) must be included in the meal price. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR).
