The Philadelphia Office, Contracting department, FISC Norfolk intends to issue an RFQ for a firm fixed price order for the delivery of fully prepared meals to the U.S. Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM) Joint Force Trainer Directorate/J7 in Norfolk, VA. The contractor shall provide fully prepared food, all necessary preparation and servicing personnel, supervision, and all other items and services necessary to perform complete food service duties in accordance with the Performance Based Statement of Work (PBSW). Scope of work to include, but not limited to, continental breakfast, buffet style lunch, and executive beverage service for fifty (50) people for six (6) four-day events and for thirty (30) people for two (2) four-day events. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business concerns who qualify under NAICS code 722320.
