This procurement will be awarded using reverse auction procedures. These procedures will be identified and explained in the RFQ. The Regional Contracting Department, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Oneida & Libbey, China, Flatware & Glassware to match existing items. The winning vendor must be able to provide standard manufacturer warranties on all items, provide a 1-year warranty against chip damage, and be able to replace any chipped or manufacture defected items at no charge to the Government within a 48-hour time period as part of the 1-year warranty.
