The purpose of this modification is to post the following questions and answers that have been received on this requirement:1). QUESTION: Will tables need to carried up any stairs, and if so how many? Is there a freight capable elevator? ANSWER: Freight Elevator--no stairs to go up. 2) QUESTION: Is there a loading dock, if not where will items need to be unloaded? ANSWER: We have a Loading Dock. 3) QUESTION: How much time is needed before notification of delivery? ANSWER: At least 48 hours. There's someone here 0700-1730 (Monday thru Friday). 4) QUESTION: Is "after hours" delivery permissible? What time frame will we needed to work around to install items? ANSWER: No. There is someone here 0700-1730 hours (Monday thru Friday). 5) QUESTION: What is the proposed delivery date for tables? ANSWER: Offeror must proposed their best delivery date. NOTE: Please call 48 hours prior to the proposed delivery date. Our customer has to check their calendar to make sure there are no conferences/Flag Officer Courses in session. Tables will be brought in from loading dock to first floor. Wide doors, level, and all kinds of hand trucks will be made available. Tables will be assembled in the seminar rooms where they will be used.
