The purpose of this amendment is as follows: Change due date for receipt of offers from 7/21/2017 at 4:00 PM EST to 7/14/2017 at 4:00 PM EST due to the projected lead times of the furniture items. Change the point of contact of this combined synopsis/solicitation from Jeffrey Rozema to Brooke Hansen and James Hallock. Offers shall now be submitted by e-mail to both Brooke Hansen ([email protected]) and James Hallock ([email protected]) no later than Friday, July 14, 2017 at 4:00 PM EST. Offers not submitted to both Brooke Hansen and James Hallock will not be received and will not be considered. Include a phased delivery plan for the various chairs. This plan is to assist contractors in meeting a realistic delivery schedule and is considered the minimum acceptable schedule. Contractors are free to provide a delivery schedule with earlier dates if possible. Contractors shall provide a delivery schedule as part of their offer.
