This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 987266 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337214 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-08-14 11:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Statement of Work.

The DOI NPS Midwest Regional Office Buying Office requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following:
LI 001: U-shaped workstations shall measure 8 feet by 8 feet square (see Figures 2a and 2b). Each workstation shall contain:  one adjustable-height, C-leg, manual crank adjust, stand-alone desk measuring 29�d x 70w�  two track-mounted work surfaces measuring 24�d x 72�w  two hanging shelf units measuring 48� in length  two shelf lights under the hanging shelf units  one tower storage cabinet containing one letter-size file drawer and two shallow drawers, a pencil tray insert, a storage/coat compartment with door, and integrated side-opening shelves measuring approximately 24�w x 23�d x 66�h, locking  one lateral file cabinet with two drawers measuring 18�d x 36�w x 28�h, locking  one 24�w x 66�h fabric acoustical dividing end panel  one 30�w x 66�h fabric acoustical dividing end panel  all connectors, hardware, and finishes necessary to complete each workstation, 6, EA;
LI 002: U-shaped workstation shall measure 8 feet by 8 feet square and contain:  two hanging shelf units measuring 48� in length  two shelf lights under the hanging shelf units  one track-mounted work surface measuring 30�d x 96�w  one track-mounted work surface measuring 24�d x 66�w  one track-mounted work surface measuring 24�d x 72�w  one pedestal file cabinet containing letter-size file drawers and pencil tray insert measuring 22�w x 24�d x 28�h, locking  one 24�w x 66�h fabric acoustical dividing end panel  one 30�w x 66�h fabric acoustical dividing end panel  all connectors, hardware, and finishes necessary to complete each workstation Each 8 x 8 foot workstation in Item 1 and Item 2 above will be connected by fabric acoustical dividing panels measuring 48�w x 66�h and of at least 3� in thickness. Note that some dividing panels will be shared between adjacent stations and that a total of 32 are needed (see attached design concept in Figure 1 in A04 SOW Attachment)., 1, EA;
LI 003: Extended U-shaped workstation (see Figure 3 in A04 SOW Attachment). This workstation shall contain:  one adjustable-height, C-leg, manual crank adjust, stand-alone desk measuring 29�d x 70w�  two track-mounted work surfaces measuring 24�d x 72�w  two hanging shelf units measuring 48� in length  two shelf lights under the hanging shelf units  one tower storage cabinet containing one letter-size file drawer and two shallow drawers, a pencil tray insert, a storage/coat compartment with door, and integrated side-opening shelves measuring approximately 24�w x 23�d x 66�h, locking  one lateral file cabinet measuring 18�d x 36�w x 28�h, locking  one rectangular, height adjustable, post/column leg, stand-alone work table with casters, measuring 30�d x 60�w  one 24�w x 66�h fabric acoustical dividing end panel  two 30�w x 66�h fabric acoustical dividing end panels  seven 48�w x 66�h fabric acoustical dividing panels  all connectors, hardware, and finishes necessary to complete each workstation, 1, EA;
LI 004: Linear workstations shall consist of a single work surface with attached storage cabinet and hanging shelf unit, connected by fabric acoustical dividing panels (see Figures 4a and 4b in A04 SOW Attachment). Components needed for these workstations are as follows:  15 rectangular, height adjustable, post/column leg, work tables with casters measuring 36�d x 66�w  15 tower storage cabinets containing one letter-size file drawer and two shallow drawers, a pencil tray insert, a storage/coat compartment with door, and integrated side-opening shelves measuring approximately 24�w x 35�d x 66�h, locking  15 hanging shelf units measuring 48� in length  15 shelf lights under the hanging shelf units  all connectors, hardware, and finishes necessary to complete workstations Each linear workstation in Item Four above will be connected by fabric acoustical dividing panels of at least 3� in thickness. Panels needed for these 15 workstations shall include 9 panels measuring 48�w x 66�h, 9 panels measuring 42�w x 66�h, and 15 panels measuring 36�w x 66�h. Note that some dividing panels will be shared between adjacent stations., 15, EA;
LI 005: Custom made high-pressure laminate work surface to fit top of existing map cabinets measuring 84� x 60�., 1, EA;
LI 006: Rectangular, height adjustable, post/column leg, stand-alone work tables with casters, measuring 30�d x 60�w., 4, EA;

Solicitation and Buy Attachments

For this solicitation, DOI NPS Midwest Regional Office Buying Office intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison, Inc. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. DOI NPS Midwest Regional Office Buying Office is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination.

This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. Registration must be "ACTIVE" at the time of award.
