The FLC - Norfolk requires the following items, Brand Name Only (Exact Match), to the following:

Gold stitching is used for the various positions. All lettering will be the same across all the seating with the " COMMANDING OFFICER, NAVIGATOR, AIR BOSS, MINI BOSS, FIRST LT ", two chairs will have no lettering. There is usually 8-9" of space to work with. Lettering tends to be ~1" tall.
d. All seven (7) chairs will have the ships logo embroidered on the back of the head rest. (LOGO PROVIDED)

For this solicitation, FLC - Norfolk intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing quotes, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. FLC - Norfolk is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time quotes.
