This is a Notice of Intent for the Government to award Sole Source to Rocky Mountain Desk Corporation, 8110 E. Union Ave., Suite 150 Denver, CO 80237. The Notice of Intent to Sole Source is in accordance with authority citation Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A). Rocky Mountain Desk is considered the only responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agency requirements. Award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government and is not expected to be recovered through competition. In addition, award to another source would result in an unacceptable delay in fulfilling this requirement. The requirement is to continue the program, to provide off-base storage support for all Buckley AFB occupants and tenant units (hereafter called Customer) by providing storage space as required for furniture storage, and to provide Customer furniture ?re-use? services. The contractor shall be an authorized Knoll Furniture distrbutor so that no manufacturer warranties are voided. This requirement will be provided to Buckley AFB Customers through the 460th LRS/QAE, Buckley AFB, CO, 80011. The Performance Period will from 01 Oct 2006 through 30 Sep 2007.
