This is a Notice of Intent for the Government to award Sole Source to Rocky Mountain Desk Corporation, 8110 E. Union Ave., Suite 150, Denver, CO 80237. The Notice of Intent to Sole Source is in accordance with authority citation Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A). Rocky Mountain Desk is considered the only responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agency requirements. The requirement is to provide 3560 square feet of secure storage space for Knoll furniture. Contractor must be an authoirzed local distributor of Knoll furniture and be able to transport, assemble, disassemble, store and inventory Knoll furniture. The contractor shall be an authorized Knoll furniture distributor so that no manufacturer warranties are voided. This requirement will be provided to Buckley AFB Customers through the 460th LRS/QAE, Buckley AFB, CO, 80011. The Performance Period will be from 1 Oct 2007 through 30 Sep 2008.
