The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis, additional equipment supplementing a previous award from a full and open solicitation, including laboratory fume hoods, wall cabinets, and hanging components. This requirement is sole sourced to VWR INTERNATIONAL, LLC, 3745 BAYSHORE BLVD, BRISBANE, CA 94005-1402, as the only vendor able to satisfy this requirement, as their installation of both these additional components and the initial products purchased is necessary to maintain the required warranty. Any firms believing that they can provide these materials and installation while maintaining the necessary warranty may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials/warranty without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
