This notice for commercial items is posted as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for reference number FA4613-07-Q-0038. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 (a) (13), exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. The proposed contract listed is set aside for small business, and applies to Northern American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) 337127 and a standard size of 500 employees. Description of requirement: nonpersonal services to provide all labor, materials, and transportation necessary to deliver and install approximately 498 linear feet of pews, 450 linear feet of kneelers, and 20 linear feet of screens at the F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming, 82005, chapel facilities. Specifications: - Solid wood pews with backs, cap rails, contoured seats, and all supports. All will be constructed from solid red oak wood. - All pews will have padded and upholstered kneelers excluding those of the back rows and any against a wall. Customer will chose the fabric from a standard upholstery line. - Pews will have bookracks with card and pencil holders including those on the back rows and against a wall. The bookracks will be located between and affixed to all supports. - Pews will be a medium colored stain to be coordinated with the customer. - Pews will be coated with a mar-resistant lacquer as the final finish Pews lengths: - 24 each pews at 17.5 feet - 2 each pews at 8.25 feet - 2 each pews at 21.0 feet - 1 each pew at 10.69 feet All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov) on the Internet.
