This acquisition includes: a. Perpetual software licenses for Projects/Systems XIAM-PROJ-PL, XIAM-PROJ-MA, XIAM-PROJ-CAPL, and XIAM-PROJ-CAMA. b. User and Admin Training on-site 2. NAICS Code: 511210 3. There will be no formal solicitation issued prior to award. This procurement is for the acquisition of a commercial item using simplified procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items also apply. The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Condition--Commercial items, applies to this acquisition.
