Market Research was conducted and found only one vendor capable of wirelessly controlling the Motorola (SB-9600 protocol) digitally controlled Astro Consollettes that ATF utilizes. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation is available.
