VA previously announced the intent to solicit a contract to fulfill a set of requirements referred to as the Veterans Information Technology Acquisition for Lifecycle Solutions (VITALS). VA has determined the VITALS requirements should not be competed as a separate contract but should be competed as tasks under the upcoming Transformation Twenty-one Total Technology (T4) contract (Solicitation Number: VA118-10-RP-0052). VA now intends to solicit the VITALS requirements as task orders under the T4 contract after T4 is awarded.
