This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number (RFQ E003251) incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-11. This requirement is 100% small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 423430 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. The estimated amount for this procurement is approximately $85,221. The Federal Bureau of Investigation plans to award a purchase order, on a sole-source basis, to Intergraph, P. O. Box 6695, Huntsville, AL 35824 for the purchase of three Video Analyst Workstations, training and 12-month maintenance. The specifications for the workstation are: Dual XEON DP 3.8GHz, 2 MB Cache, 800MHz FSB, 4GB memory, NVIDIA Quadro FX 3450 256MB G-DDR3, 120GB 7,200rpm Serial ATA 8MB Cache System Drive, 4x500GB 7,200 Serial ATA 16MB Cache Video Drive, BCM/RAIDCORE 4 port SATA RAID, 16x Dual Layer DVD-RW Writer (with Nero software), 16x DVD 40x CDROM (with Nero software), Windows XP Professional Ed. SP2. Delivery will be to Quantico, Virginia. All responsible sources may submit a quotation for this announcement clearly identifying how they can fulfill this requirement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting a quotation to include product/functional specifications/ descriptions. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all data received within ten days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
