The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a commercial sole source purchase order to TTI Technologies LLC, doing business as TTI Vanguard, 741 Tenth Street, Santa Monica, CA 90402. DISA intends to award, an other than full and open competition, one year effort with three option years for the procurement of the following: Membership for three seats to attend five TTI Vanguard conferences per year, participation in all workshops, field trips and access for up to 40 individuals to the Members only area of TTI Vanguards website archives. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. TTI Vanguard is a unique forum for the introduction, discussion and evaluation of emerging and breakthrough information technologies. No substitution of these services can be accepted. This is a commercial service that will be acquired under FAR Part 12 procedures. No RFP will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent. Administrative Information: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
