The U.S. General Services Administration’s Federal Technology Service intends to issue a Sole Source to Comtech Mobile Datacom, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source.” The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-04. BILL OF MATERIAL The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to acquire Comtech Transceivers and Dual Polarized LNA as requested by the customer for Solicitation Number 4THO21067019. The contractor shall perform the following tasks: 1. Acquire the hardware as indicated on the previous page of this addendum to the SF 1449 2. Deliver the required hardware CMDC-SM-X0GN Transceiver(w/o base plate-w/out GPS) Qty: 501 CMDC-SW-DP LNA Switch w/Dual Pole Qty: 485 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial (JAN 2005). The offeror must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the ORCA website at http://orca.bpn.gov. After reviewing the ORCA database information, the offeror verifies by submission of this offer that the representations and certifications currently posted electronically at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, have been entered or updated in the last 12 months, are current, accurate, complete, and applicable to this solicitation (including business size standard applicable to the NAICS code referenced for this solicitation), as of the date of this offer and are incorporated in this offer by reference (see FAR 4.1201); FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The proposed contract action is to acquire hardware for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1.
