The Government intends to purchase on a sole source basis a quantity of 25 software licenses and a one (1) maintenance agreement from TopVue, Inc., 1436 S. Legend Hills Drive, Suite 300, Clearfield UT 84015-1586. The maintenance agreement provides one-year of product maintenance, which includes technical support by telephone, fax, e-mail, and Internet; and entitles the customer to all software updates, corrections, and new releases during the period the product support subscription is in effect.
