The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with Noosh Incorporated, 3235 Kifer Road, Santa Clara, CA 95051 for the renewal of annual maintenance and support of the proprietary software, iData Flow Print Software package for the period of August 30, 2005 through August 29, 2006. iData Flow is currently installed and operating on machines at the SSA National Computer Center, 6201 Security Blvd., Woodlawn, Maryland. Under the authority provided in Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b), the Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. Interested parties are invited to submit information concerning their capabilities, experience, and other data pertinent to their ability to maintain iData Flow Print Software no later than 2:00 p.m. EST July 26, 2005. Pricing data may be submitted. Written responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicting your firmâs capability to provide the proprietary software services. This is not a request for proposal and the Government does not intend to pay for information submitted. Respondents will not be notified of the results of an evaluation of the information received. No contract award will be made on the basis of responses received; however, this information will be used in SSAâs assessment of capable sources. Responses to this notice should refer to iDATAFLOWCS0726. The size limitation for email attachments is five megabytes per individual email message. Only email responses will be permitted. If after July 26, 2005 no viable responses have been received in response to this announcement, SSA shall initiate negotiations solely with Noosh, Inc.
