United States Southern Command intends to award a sole source contract to CIS Secure Computing under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(2). The contract is for TEMPEST Videoconferencing Systems. The requirement includes 2 (Two) DTD-SX2024-01-L1 TEMPEST Level I Cisco SX20 Code and 24 quote mark LED All-In-One and 12 (Twelve) Integrated Videoconferencing System, DTD-SX2040-01-L1 TEMPEST Cisco 40 quote mark Monitor, SX20 PZ, 12X Camera, Mic 20, FO Audio, 1G LC Fiber Lan Videoconferencing System. CIS Secure Computing is the only vendor that can meet the approved Department of State (DoS) TEMPEST secure requirements for the Security Cooperation Office (SCO) conference rooms in the Area of Responsibility (AOR). Award to any other source than CIS Secure Computing would result in mission failure due to leadership's inability to plan, coordinate, and control ongoing contingencies and missions globally through Secure Video Tele Conference (SVTC).
This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government. To be considered, statements of capability must be received within seven (7) calendar days after publication of this notice.
