The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-24. This is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1. This RFQ has the following line items: 0001 – P/N PSV-S-UNI-3D (quantity of 2), and 0002 – P/N PSVSoft-D-UP (quantity of 2). These items are required to upgrade the 3D Polytec vibrometer software.
