Contractor is to provide software that will run on a secure, contractor supported server, updates, maintenance, technical support and training suitable for a Project Library to employ Lean6 initiatives to facilitate project work and project coaching, collect and summarize financial benefits, leverage lessons learned and best practices, service for subject matter expertise and support Black Belt and Green Belt certification within the Defense Finance Accounting Service (DFAS), according to the Statement of Work.
