The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement to renew its current “DFUZE” explosives intelligence software licenses and maintenance support, and to obtain additional licenses for a total of 500 software licenses. Appropriate escrow agreements are also required. This is a brand name requirement. All licenses purchased must be fully compatible with existing Defuze software licenses. Each offeror shall include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their proposal.
