This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contracting Center of Excellence, on behalf of the Army Multimedia and Visual and Information Directorate entends to procure the following equipment. This procurement will be a 100% Small Businesses Set-a-Side. The NAICS Code is 423430, size standard is 100 Employees. Responses shall be in accordance with the RFQ W91WAW-08-T-0143 CLIN 0001. Delivery of Equipment will be by COB 26 Sep 2008 to the designated addresses in the RFQ. Delivery will be FOB Destination.

The following provisions are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (note: as of 1 January 2005, offerors are required to enter their representations and certifications on line at http://orca.bpn.gov); FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items. Contract evaluation and subsequent award shall be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Proposal that demonstrates the ability to maintain all items specified in the Equipment List. Responses to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation must be signed, dated, and received via electronic mail by 15 September 2008 no later than 1:00PM Eastern Time at the Contracting Center of Excellence, 5200 Army Pentagon, Washington, DC 20310-5200.
