This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ), as the RFQ is located in the attached WORD 9.0 files in addition to Attachment "A", Salient Features; Arcata/UNITeS' Commercial Terms and Conditions, and Certifications & Representations, all of which are considered the RFQ package. Interested parties have only five (5) business days from the publication date of this combined synopsis/solicitation to submit the required information (RFQ, required supporting information, and executed certification package) to the undersigned at the Internet Address listed below.
