The Government intends to solicit and issue a small purchase order on sole source basis to University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee. The proposed contract is for services to provide enhancements to Highway databases, which was developed by Uni versity of Tennessee. The databases were created for the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and UT is the primary expert regarding National highway, rail, and bridge databases needed for Intelligent Road and Rail Information Server (IRRIS). This effor t will support and assist with Transportation data analysis needs and provide in-house resources to SDDC TEA, Newport News, VA.
